We are looking for:
Nurse
1. Collecting data from patients a comprehensive history taking and accurate vital signs.
2. Promote patient safety and support all related programs and policies to ensure delivery of excellent patient care.
3. Perform and/or oversee mandated patient screenings and completes referrals and follow-up where applicable.
4. Assessing a patient’s condition, administering medication, setting IVs, updating patient records.
5. Conduct collection of specimens for testing using appropriate materials and techniques.
6. Prepares specimen for analysis and reconstitute materials used for quality control.
7. Dispense the drugs and medical materials according to the doctor’s prescription.
8. Administer medications and carry out treatment to the patients according to the doctor’s prescription and order.
9. Assist the clinic doctor in referring patients with moderate to severe medical conditions to appropriate health facilities.
10. Ensure the implementation and compliance of Infection, prevention, and control (IPC) measures at all areas and during activities.
11. List the drugs and medical materials items to be replenished and will make the necessary request, approved by the clinic doctor and clinic manager.
12. Indirect patient care responsibilities include coordination of patient assistance medications, prescription refill requests, maintaining recall logs for uncommon /isolated results and immunizations/vaccinations, ordering and maintaining supplies and following infection control plan and procedures.
13. Administers personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, health counselling.
14. Participate in ensuring occupational health and safety by helping identify hazards in the clinic.
15. Review, collect and file patient information and ensure the data acquired from patients are kept confidential, in line with the Data Privacy Act.
16. Attends to queries, guests, and patients in a prompt, polite and efficient manner.
17. Handles inventory of medical equipment supplies, prescription, and medicines.
18. Provide first aid for illness or injury to patients and employees and documents all assessment, diagnosis, medications and treatment administered.
19. Managing and responsible of scheduling appointments.
20. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Receptionist
1. Assist in facilitating queries on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and callins through the Clinic cell phone.
2. Update daily sales and record in book of accounts.
3. Monitor foot traffic.
4. Engage in constant communication with the clinic manager and clinic physician.
5. Bank in daily sales collect on a weekly schedules.
6. Keep sales records up to date and properly document sales on daily basis.
7. Ensure that every electronic device and hardware such as POS terminal, e-wallet notifications, all landline phones, etc. function well to avoid any possible interruptions to clinic operations.
8. Assist in monitoring and analyzing patient appointment schedules, and ensure the schedule reflects the ability to provide patient care services in a timely manner.
